Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lantern Markets and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
