Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Meadow Construction is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
