Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Quarry Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for volunteer programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
