Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Rook Property Management looks after rental homes across the Knoxville area, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 477 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
