Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Cross Health runs clinics and patient services around Knoxville, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 283 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
