Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Kansas City, MO)

Greenridge Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
