Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Keystone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Kansas City presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
