Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Kansas City, MO)

Northwind Loom Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Kansas City, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
