Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Kansas City, MO)

Ironwood Union Civic Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
