Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Junction Staffing and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
