Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ashton Health and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
