Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Bridge Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Fort Worth presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 521 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer programmes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
