Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
