Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Fort Worth, TX)

Westbrook Hollow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
