Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
