Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Granite Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Des Moines, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
