Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
