Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Granite Water Authority and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
