Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone Iron Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
