Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Hollow Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 237 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
