Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen North Water Authority is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
