Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Oak Foods is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
