Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Boise, ID)

Redstone Sparrow Energy Partners delivers power and gas plans across the Boise region, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Boise. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
