Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Boise, ID)

Nova Meadow Markets is a Boise retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
