Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Boise, ID)

Nova Summit Property Management Group is a Boise property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our device setup. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
