Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Lantern Property Management Partners and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a large organisation of about 730 people based in Austin. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
