Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Linden Hospitality Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be device setup. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
