Senior IT Support Specialist - device setup (Albuquerque, NM)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on device setup for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
