Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Northwind Junction Markets Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
