Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
