Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wilder Learning Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be asset tracking. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
