Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Summit Rook Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
