Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Field Markets is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
