Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Health is a healthcare provider in Seattle with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
