Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Fernwood Basin Banking Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
