Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Energy is an energy provider in Memphis focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
