Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Silverline Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
