Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Harborlight Maple Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Oklahoma City supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
