Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Nova Yarrow Facilities looks after properties across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
