Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Lumen Oak Foods is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 226 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
