Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Clearpath Mill Foods Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 684 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
