Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Silverline Vista Property Management Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
