Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Summit Timber Insurance is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
