Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Westbrook Amber Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Fort Worth plant, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 695 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
