Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Bluepeak Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
