Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Highbridge Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Phoenix with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
