Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Westbrook Union Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on asset tracking. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
