Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
