Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Health Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on asset tracking for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
