Senior IT Support Specialist - asset tracking (remote)

Cedar Maple Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Little Rock, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our asset tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
